Pre-Sale Information for the Chelsea

Thank you for your interest in pre-ordering our exclusive Chelsea! Please read the following guidelines carefully before placing your order.

Pre-Sale Period: Saturday, 12th July 8pm AEST

Pre-Sale Price: $79.99AUD.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of pre-order.

Estimated Shipping: We anticipate that the pre-ordered Chelsea will start shipping to you from mid-late August. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders that include a pre-sale item will not be shipped until all items are ready. We suggest making two orders unless you are happy to wait.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method At this stage we are only shipping to Australia and NZ. If you live in the ACT, you may be eligible for local pick up. If so, your shipping will be refunded.

How to Pre-Order: Simply add the Chelsea in your desired size to your cart and proceed through the checkout process.

Order Updates: We will keep you updated on the production progress of your product via email. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking details.

Cancellations and Refunds: Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund before the pre-sale end date, August 8th 8pm AEST. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us at hello@shortandsweetercollective.com if you need to request a cancellation. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible if approved.

The fabric is breathable yet warm, perfect on its own or layered through the seasons, making it a true all-year-round essential. With a slightly longer zip length than usual, it also offers easy, stylish access for breastfeeding mamas who want comfort without compromising on style.
