Orders & Shipping

Q: When will my order ship?
A: All orders are packed with love and sent out within 1–3 business days. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order’s on the move. If it is a pre-order item, details are provided in the specific product description.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We always aim to keep it affordable and fast. Free shipping is available for orders over $150 AUD and for international orders $200+

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! Currently only to New Zealand, Germany, Netherlands, France and the UK, but we are working on more, watch this space.

Q: I put the wrong address! Can I fix it?
A: We allow time for you to edit your order, it happens to the best of us. Or email us ASAP at hello@shortandsweetercollective.com. However, once it’s out the door, we can’t redirect it, sorry!

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return my order?
A: We offer store credit only for returns (unless your item is faulty, see below). You have 30 days from receiving your order to let us know. Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags still attached. Return postage is at your cost. See our returns policy for more information.

Q: What if my item is damaged or faulty?
A: Oh no! Please email us with photos at hello@shortandsweetercollective.com within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll sort it with a full refund or replacement.

Q: Can I return a sale item?
A: Nope, sorry. All sale items are final sale and can’t be returned or refunded.

Q: Can I swap sizes?
A: Totally! If the size isn’t quite right, you can request an exchange for a different size (stock depending). The quickest process would be to return your original item and create a new order for the correct size. Return postage is at your cost.

Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Head to our Complete Comfort Guide page, it’s detailed, visual, and super helpful! Still unsure? DM or email us for tailored advice.

Q: Are you expanding your size range?
A: Absolutely. Since we have just started Short & Sweeter Collective we only selected a small range. As we grow we DEFINITELY want to offer more sizes. To help us, please contact us so we know exactly what you need.

Q: Do you offer unisex or gender-neutral styles?
A: Absolutely. Most of our pieces are designed to be worn by anyone, however they identify. We include fit tips on each product page too. Collections are categorised to be as user friendly as possible so please browse all sections.

Giveaways & Promos

Q: How does the monthly giveaway work?
A: Every month, one lucky legend wins a $50 gift card! To enter:

  • Post and tag us wearing our pieces
  • Follow us on Instagram @shortandsweetercollective 
  • You can: Leave a review on our website (1 entry), post a story (2 entries), or feed post/TikTok (3 entries)
    No limit to how many times you enter so get creative!
  • We will use a random selecting app to pick one person at random to keep it fair.
  • Monthly giveaways open on the 1st of every month and close on the last day of the month. Winners are announced and contacted when the giveaway closes.
  • Terms and conditions apply.

Q: How can I earn and redeem Sweet Perks points?
A: Click the 'Rewards' button in the bottom left corner of your screen and soak up all the information there. To be able to earn and redeem points, you must create an account with us.

Other Good Stuff

Q: Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
A: Not at the moment, but it’s something we’re exploring. Shoot us a message if you’re keen, and we’ll see what we can do!

Q: I’m obsessed. Can I collab with you?
A: We love that energy. Apply on our Collabs page or DM with your idea, we're always open to cool opportunities and creator partnerships.
